Book a CALL-OUT

Yes, I agree with the terms and conditions.

Call-outs are costly and can be mitigated with Scheduled Preventative Maintenance. Call-Out charges vary depending on time of day, location and service level aggreement and manpower/technical expertise required.

1. Call-Out can take from 1-48 hours (but we can be there within 30 minutes - scope dependant)

2. Call-Out includes the first hour labour.

3. Consumables and Vehicle-spares are included in a Call-Out.

4. Replacement parts and products are NOT included in a Call-Out.

5. Payment is due on completion. (Even if an interim repair could not be completed)
