Yes, I agree with the terms and conditions.

Survey cannot be quoted in advance. This is because they are open-ended work orders (the rates are pre-defined in our Terms of business). The survey can change to a Call-Out and a Call-Out can have additional labour or parts added without prior knowledge. Your approval will always be required first. You will receive an invoice on completion. By submitting the above you confirm that you are the billpayer, or authorized by the billpayer to accept these terms and place this order.

Call-outs are costly and can be mitigated with Scheduled Preventative Maintenance. Please consider the following before you select ' Accept Call-Out" If you need to have us attend there before or after a certain time, that is a Call-out. A major inconvenience or Serious risk to people or property. Call-Out charges vary depending on time of day, location and service level aggreement and manpower/technical expertise required.

1. Call-Out can take from 1-48 hours (but we can be there within 30 minutes - scope dependant)

2. Call-Out includes the first hour labour

3. Consumables and Vehicle-spares are included in a Call-Out.

4. Replacement parts and products are NOT included in a Call-Out.

5. Payment is due on completion. (Even if an interim repair could not be completed)
